5 Things I'm Thankful for This Thanksgiving

Hopefully this post comes to you in good tidings. Whether you are waiting for dinner to be served, or stuffed to the brim I hope you are surrounded by loved ones. Happy Thanksgiving to each and everyone on you who reads this. I'm so grateful for every single person that reads my blog. I am just beginning my journey with simple + spice, and every milestone I hit is thanks to you guys.

5 Things I'm Thankful for This Thanksgiving

#1 New Experiences

Going off to college has allowed me so many new experiences. Living on my own in Manhattan I've learned so much, about myself as well as the world around me. I've made new friends and shared so many new experiences with all the new and wonderful people in my life.

#2 Family

They're my biggest supporters and I'm externally grateful for their constant support. These are the people in my life I know I can always count on to be there for me. Being home and spending time with them this past week has just been such a reminder of how much they mean to me.

#3 Young Love

...all smiles, rainbows, and butterflies in this corner of my life.

#4 Adventure

Being able to roam free through the concrete jungle is something I'm thankful for everyday. Since I was in 6th grade I've known FIT was the school I wanted to go to and finally being here is so surreal. Being able to live out my dreams in the middle of NYC is proof that if you work hard, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.

#5 Good Health

I'm so fortunate that myself, as well as my friends and family are all in good health. This is something I try to never take for granted. A healthy body, both physically and mentally is one of the most valuable possessions you can own.

happy thanksgiving,
until next time.
